Fee for legal services is determined in accordance with the Act No. 85/1996 Coll. Advocacy and Decree No. 177/1996 Coll. 'Fees and remuneration of lawyers for providing legal services ( lawyers tariff ). Reward reflects the complexity and time complexity of the case and is negotiated individually with respect to each specific case.

Law Office Mgr. Petra Krejci is not VAT payer.

The nature of legal services can be arranged as a reward:

ACTS REWARD

is determined by the number of acts of legal services lawyer in a specific case for the client makes. A fixed amount per transaction is determined by agreement between the lawyer and the client or the lawyer's tariff determined directly. What is considered an act of legal services provided in the provisions of § 11 of Decree No. 177/1996 Coll. Tariff law ( eg preparation and receipt of legal representation or defense , a written submission in court, attendance at court hearings, etc.)

TIME FEES (TIME PAY)

is determined by the number of hours that the lawyer handling the case for the client actually spent and hourly rate is determined by agreement between the lawyer and client

FIXED REMUNERATION

is agreed fixed amount for a complete settlement of the case, the amount is agreed upon with the client to take over representation either by contract or pursuant to Decree No. 177/1996 Coll. tariff law.

Fixed payment can be arranged especially in cases in which we can predict the overall scope of activities of lawyer - such as commercial law in establishing the company Ltd., co-operatives, charities and foundations, or in the field of civil law and family law in the settlement agreements on joint marital property, the drafting of contracts on transfer of real estate, etc.

FLAT FEES

can arrange for clients who are interested in the regular provision of legal services with a flat monthly fee, which is advantageous for clients, the cost of legal services in this case are lower than in single provision of legal services

In addition to attorney fees is entitled to reimbursement of cash expenses (legal, administrative and other fees, stamps, cost of expert reports, translations, mailing costs, travel, etc.) and compensation for loss of time.
